Managing Credits
You can add and manage available credits on your account through our exclusive customer area page.
Customer Area > Orders > Add Credits
- Bank deposit
- Credit/Debit Card
- PayPal
Note: Adding credits via bank deposit may take up to 48 hours for transaction confirmation from our accounting department. If you need to renew a domain via API immediately and do not have sufficient credits, you must use a credit/debit card or PayPal as the payment method, as the transaction is completed immediately and credits can be used at the same time.
If your account balance is below €16, you will receive a notification for renewal.
