How do I renew my domain name?

Domain name renewal is completed automatically and in real-time through the customer area, provided the renewal is made via credit/debit card or PayPal.
To renew a domain name, we log in to the customer area
If we forget the password, we can make a password reset.
We see the available domains either from the menu or from the box showing how many domains we have on our account.
We select from the list the domain(s) we want to renew and click on Renew
On the next screen, we will see the selection we made and the cost for renewing the domains as well as their duration.
We click on Add to Cart and complete.
In the next and final step, we see the billing details and select the renewal method.

- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank Deposit.
If you choose bank deposit, you will be displayed the IBAN of our bank account at Piraeus Bank. Details can be seen here.
Important: If you have a domain name that is about to expire (within 24 hours) or falls on a weekend, we recommend completing the renewal via card or PayPal, as it is a fully automated process and will complete immediately, avoiding the interruption of your domain.
In the case of a bank deposit, the accounting department will verify your deposit within 24 hours, or if it falls on a weekend or holiday, the next working day.
For bank deposit renewals, you will need to include the 4-digit order number or the domain name in the deposit slip so that we can identify you.
