How do I add a domain to email whitelist?
Recently UpdatedQuestion: I'm receiving some emails from our partner's addresses in the Spam folder. How can I add them to the whitelist so I can receive them in the inbox?

Introduction:
In the email hosting service, protection filters monitor all incoming emails to our infrastructure.
In some cases, emails are flagged as spam. The email hosting service gives you the ability to add some domains to a whitelist so that incoming emails are delivered directly to the inbox.
Adding to whitelist
Whitelist management is possible through webmail

Click on the settings icon with the gear on the right above.
Find the "Spam Rules" or "Antispam" option from the left menu if you see it in English.
Add the partner's domain name to the "Add address or domain" field and click the + button
By typing *@domain.gr, all email addresses from the specified domain name will be allowed.
The addition is complete.
