Managing Personal and Shared Folders

Personal folders are non-default folders, useful for better organizing your email messages. To create, edit, or delete a personal folder, click the settings icon

To create a personal folder, click the New folder button and select the path (parent folder) where you want to create the folder. Then, enter a name and click the Save button to confirm the operation. The new folder will appear automatically in the list of default folders and in the sidebar of the email unit.
To edit a personal folder, click the Edit icon

If you decide to hide a folder or unsubscribe from it, this folder will disappear from your folder list, but it will still exist in your email account, with all the messages it contains.
To access the messages contained in the hidden folder, you will need to resubscribe to the folder.
To share a personal folder, click the Share icon 
To delete a personal folder, click the Trash icon 
You can edit, delete, and manage a personal folder, create a subfolder, or mark all the messages contained in it as read, even by clicking the folder name in the sidebar of the email unit.
Shared Folders
Shared folders are folders that other users have shared with you, giving you specific read/write permissions. You can display or hide shared folders in the sidebar of the email unit and subscribe/unsubscribe to the folder in your settings.

Labels
Labels are pointers consisting of a name and a color that you can associate with one or more email messages to better organize your email. You can see all the messages marked with a specific label by clicking the label name in the sidebar of the email interface.
To create a label, enter the name you want to associate with the label. Then, select a color, click the Add label button to add it to the list of available labels, and save the changes by clicking the Save button in the top-right corner.
You can also create a label by clicking the + Label or English + Label button in the sidebar of the email unit.
