How Can I Share Address Books?

Our Email hosting service allows you to share an address book with one or more colleagues.
In this way, you can have simultaneous access to the contacts of your colleagues or customers.
The address book management is available in all email hosting packages.
Login to webmail
We log in to webmail and click on the icon on the right above the address book https://webmail.webhosting4u.email
On the new address book page, we see the address books we have created in the left menu.
We right-click on one of the lists and select sharing
In the new pop-up window, we enter the email address of our colleague.
As soon as we start typing, the email address will appear. We select it and click Save.
We can add as many colleagues' email addresses as we want.
We apply the same process in the case where we want to share other address books with colleagues.
From the moment we have shared a specific address book with a colleague, the future contacts added will also appear.
